if you or ur SO are mad..?
when u or ur SO are mad about something, be it ur job, boss, or family problems do you tend to take the anger out on each other? how do u NOT do this and how do u deal with it if unnecessary anger is directed at you?

We vent to each other but that is about it

unfortuantly I have been taking out work on just about everyone lately.
When I come home from work on friday...DH takes me to dinner or cooks for me....and we talk about what went wrong at work this week...and then promise not to talk about it again until after the weekend. It helps...to vent a little...but then you gotta put it aside to enjoy your time off with your family.

DH used to when he was first transferred to Long Island and he hated his job and commute. We weren't even engaged yet, but he moved here to be closer to me. He was very subtle about it, blaming me for his being miserable. I finally called him on it and he realized he was being an jerk.
Now, when he vents, he is sure to say, " but it's not your fault" and I know he means it.

I never do. If I am REALLY twisted I tend to stay away from people until I cool down.
..but DH knows when I am in a bad mood to hide.

Im sometimes guilty of this...I start off venting..and before I know it Im crying and screaming and its all his fault!!!!!
I can say he's never does this to me though!
