If you sell your house yourself, not with a Realtor,
Can you list it MLSLI.COM?

Re: If you sell your house yourself, not with a Realtor,
No - but there are companies that you can pay to list it for you (they don't provide any of the other services a realtor would provide).
I know you didn't ask this, so I am offering unsolicited advice. But if you are considering selling your house yourself, I wouldn't recommend it for a variety of reasons. Aside from the fact that a realtor can reach a much larger buyer pool with marketing tools and techniques that an owner doesn't have, as well as provide general guidance and share expertise that the average person doesn't have (and therefore net you more $), there are other considerations, such as:
1. Safety: Are you comfortable letting strangers come into your home while you are there alone? How do you know that they are legitimately interested in seeing your house and not going to take advantage of the situation? People don't realize how vulnerable they can be in their own home. There have been stories of people working as a team -- one rings the doorbell and talks to the owner at the front door while a partner goes around the back door that is open and takes things. Or people who come through an open house hosted by an owner who is selling himself and open windows so they can come back later and rob the place. There is no way for a seller to really prescreen people who say they want to see the house, and such "for sale by owners" are great targets for people up to no good.
2. Accessibility: Do you work? Is anyone home to show the home during the day or will you only be able to have buyers come in to see the house during limited hours. If no one can see the house, no one can make an offer to buy the house.
There are many, many other reasons that anyone selling should use a realtor, but these are a few things that you may not have thought of. If you are thinking of selling, please feel free to contact me for any information. If you do decide to sell your house without the help of a realtor, I'd be happy to offer some advice on how to best protect your interests!

Well you can...there are agents (often in other states) that you can pay a certain amt to and their info goes on the listing but you show the house. I have to think about what the name of the co I always see is....but I was looking at a house in Northport that was doing this.

I was just going to post housepad
FSBO who list on MLS normally offer commission to the selling agent
so to save 1% (it's normally 3% using this service from what I have seen) what are you really saving to do all the work? and deal with potential buyer who might not be qualified
I offer much more then just putting a house on MLSLI and I do all the leg work
