If you sold a co-op/condo- what was the attorney's fee for closing?
Just wondering what the average /a reasonable fee would be for an attorney to charge to do a closing (selling side).

$900-$1200
it's a flat rate on long island
the city is different

i think mine was $850 but it was almost 7 years ago so it may have gone up.
