If you splurged for a dishwasher with stainless steel inside....
do you think it was worth it?

I got a Miele. I think it was worth it overall because it does a great job & is super quiet.
The only Con I have is that even though the dishes are dry at the end of the cycle, the inside retains a sort of "wetness". I combat this by leaving the door open a while to let it air dry.

we're actually redoing our entire kitchen and this is why we didn't get the meiele, it doesn't have a heating element so things aren't fully dry...we're leaning towards an electrolux icon or bosch or asko depending on the other appliances we get

We have one. I think it is quieter than the non stainless. Other than that, I don't notice much of a difference.

We have one, but its our first dishwasher so I have nothing to compare it to. I've been happy with ours. Its a kitchen aid. It's about 5 years old now.

We have a GE Profile with the SS interior.
As to why we purchased it, it had great reviews, nor more, no less. It was a toss up between that and an LG.

we have an LG with SS. its realllly quiet. i dont know the price difference bc we bought the house with it.

We have a KitchenAid and I got it because I wanted a china and sani cycle which wasn't on the others. I do find it quieter but other then that I works just the same as my good ol white GE Triton.

I got it and its so much better then the last dishwasher but it was old
what I like
it gets super hot so you know everything was cleaned well because the stainless holds the heat in better
its super quite you can't even tell its on
what I don't like
because it gets so super hot, you can't take the dishes out right away because they are too hot but I guess I'd rather them clean
I don't know another bonus to having it stainless on the inside. we just bought a dishwasher that we liked, and it turned out to have it in the inside
we have the ge one where all the controls are hidden in the top. it has a sanitize feature which I think I will like when we have kids

The last dishwasher we bought wasn't stainless on the inside and it was recalled because it started house fires. It was recommended that we buy a dishwasher with stainless because they don't have the same problem.
Our new dishwasher is stainless inside and out. I'll never buy a dishwasher without stainless inside again.
