IF you switch Pediatricians....
Does the new doctor get the records from the old doctor or do you have to?

It depends, you should ask. Some will just fax them or mail them over. Others will charge you a fee for copying them and give them to you to take.

Your knew dr cound get them but I got mine myself so I knew I would have them for the 1st visit with the new dr.

your old pediatricians office SHOULD fax over the chart... thats what we did when we moved
