I would do regular but I haven't had luck with airbrush. I did airbrush for BIL wedding and it turned orange on me. I recently had my makeup done again and had regular foundation and it turned out awesome and lasted the entire day... Literally from 8am to 10pm when I washed it off.

I personally did not like airbursh on me..I always stick with regular and it still stays on all night.

I like regular personally unless you need it on for a very long time. For my SIL's wedding we had appts in the morning for hair and makeup and the wedding wasn't till 8PM and was going on till after midnight. B/c of that airbrush was perfect.

I have a family wedding (DH's cousin). Church is at 3 in West Nyack, Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Thinking I have to leave Long Island by 12:30-1:00 to make sure we get there on time. Reception doesn't start till 6:00pm. So, my makeup probably needs to last from 10am-10pm.
I feel like when I do my makeup and then look at pictures of myself it looks like I have nothing on. It's frustrating.
I've never done airbrush, but looking at pictures it seems like it makes your skin look flawless. Is that the case or maybe it's just the type of skin on these girls?

IMO, a really good makeup artist can make regular foundation look like its airbrushed. I have never paid for the airbrush -- its usually $20-35 more than traditional foundation.

I'm really fair. I've never considered airbrush because I feel like it might make me look like an oompa loompa.

I wouldn't spend the extra on airbrush. Good makeup artist can give you the same look and last just as long.

If you're doing airbrush you need a make up artist who TRULY knows what they are doing, and uses the airbrush regularly. Not someone who picks it up once in awhile.
Airbrush lasts forever, and looks flawless, IF it's done correctly.
if not - you're a caked on, stuck in your pores, wrinkes mess -
my makeup will only stay well if I have it done professionally, normally, or airbrushed. For some reason, I'm just not good at applying it correctly for it to last.

I had airbrush for my wedding and I was SO glad I did (I think she did a combo) - it lasted all night and I looked GORGEOUS!
