If your 15 mo old is walking would you buy/use pedipeds

still? I feel like the peole at Stride Rite tell you they need a supportive shoe once they're walking but of course the pediped website tells you that their shoe is better for your child. when does the bare feet is best theory end? at what age/stage? we did leave her bare foot or robeez until just recently but now I'm feeling unsure.

I have never used/heard of pedipeds but at Hailey's last visit (13 months) the doc told me that indoors barefoot is still best and just use a shoe when playing/walking outside. HTH

Sarah is 2.5 and we still only use shoes outside the house. She's so used to it I don't think she'd keep them on in the house.

I only put shoes on Ella when we go out. She's generally barefoot in the house. So I wouldn't put pedipeds on her.

DD is 14 mths and just started walking about a month and a half ago - she is always always always bare foot in the house. We just bought her a pair of SR's and she wears them when we go out somewhere.....

DS is 14 months and just started walking. Inside the house he is sometimes barefoot. But outside he's been wearing Sandals all summer long...

I didn't. They tried to do the same thing to me around the same age. DS needed shows and he was fine with stage three. We never used the stage one or two - he was barefoot forever and he's doing just fine now. Just make sure to buy a size up because they grow out of the shoes really fast.
