...do you just give them that one thing all the time? Or do you serve them other stuff knowing it's going to go to waste?
The food du jour is cauliflower cheese. LOVES it! But that's about the only thing he loves. He's even gone off of yogurt, which used to be the only thing he'd eat I don't mind him eating it - it's got veggies & protein and it's filling - it's good for him. But I've been giving it to him a lot and I'm worried about perpetuating the pickiness!
Any ideas?

ughhhhhhhhh my kids go through the same thing..its annoying! but i guess we have to be smarter than them.haha first it was :
yogurt- so i added flaxseed and granola for added nutrients. or banana blueberries or whatever they liked at the time.
eggs..i would mix pureed broccolli to it and cheese and scramble it. or cauliflower.
shakes..they loved my chocolate weight watchers shakes. and i would add avacado to it with milk and ice..they had no idea.
pasta or mac and cheese..i would add pureed carrots or sweet potato to the sauce.
but either way..i think its fine. my dr said to try and put out what is on the table. and they would eat when they were hungry. yea well that doesnt work..i tried that and they went to bed..and my dd woke up at like 2am HUNGRY! do what works for you..eventually they will try something else.
