5 days a week for me. I go MWF mornings and TuTh evenings about an 1 1/2 to 2 hours a time. No working out on the weekends for me.

5 days a week for me...but now that Im training for the marathon again a few of my runs are outdoors so those days I might skip the gym...still figuring out how to incorporate the weights in an which days. I go Sun, mon, tues thurs Sat.
