ifting weights question
How many days a week do you lift weights? I took a body pump class on sun which is all weights. And am still really sore. Still doing cardio everyday but thinking of taking the class again on thurs but don't know if I can physically do it bc liftining my arms is hard for me right now bc I am so sore.

Right now I'm taking a boot camp class mixed with personal training. It's an 8 week program, 5 days a week. It includes total body work outs, so I'm doing weights 5 days a week (not serious weight pumping every day though- alot of it is cardio mixed with free weights).
Once its over, I'll go back to do weights 3-4 days a week.
