when my SIL was PG with her twins, she had terrible MS too, and Zofran was the only thing that helped make it a little more bearable

Welcome to the twin club! I am so happy for you! I can relate to the severe morning sickness - mine lasts from the time I open my eyes until 8 or 9 at night. The only things that I can tolerate are bland carbs - plain toast, english muffins, plain pasta - and then only a few bites of each. Wish I could tell you it gets better, but I have no evidence of it yet. I've lost 13 pounds on the last 6 weeks!  I really didn't want to take any medication either. My docotr said to eat whatever I can tolerate, keep hydrated, and remember that for the first trimester, the babies will get all the nutrition they need from you, even if you have a poor intake.
