I'm having one of those days today too Shannon. I woke up at like 5am with my heart racing. Anxiety gets the best of everyone sometimes

I'm so sorry. It's only normal with all you're going through today.
You know how I'm doing. To top things off, my heart was racing today and I thought I was having an anxiety attack but then I remembered I had an expresso truffle latte from Starbucks this morning - super yummy. A friend recommended it. I think the caffeine was a little too much for me to handle.  I'm feeling better now.
