I'm FINALLY back with my baby boy!!!
MY LABOR STORY--here goes...
The doctor stripped my membranes on Wednesday afternoon. I had some contractions throughout the night but nothing regular. I called the doctor as per his orders on Thursday morning and he said he wanted me to come to the hospital to check my dilation and effacement.
When I got there around 10:30am, magically the contractions started regularly...and moved very quickly. I was still only 3 cm dilated, but my contractions were pretty strong and less than 5 minutes apart. Dr. decided to keep me and break my water. Once the water broke (12:30 pm), the contractions went from 3 minutes apart to 30 seconds apart in less than 2 hours...and the pain was unbearable because I didn't have time for a break in between to breathe or rest. I got an epidural at 4pm. Epidurals are the greatest inventions EVER! I felt NO PAIN, just pressure for the rest of the labor! I was so relaxed, DH and I even slept for 3 hours while I was in labor! But at 1am, I still was only 6 cm dilated...and the baby was pushing down to the point that my body was "bearing down" on it's own. So basically, the baby was trying to come out, but I was only 6 cm! So we had to do a C Section. It wasn't bad. I am actually happy about it now. The worst part was that I couldn't see my baby right away, but DH was there broadcasting everything they were doing so I could hear.
 is REALLY tiny! He was 6 lbs, 3.5 oz, 19 inches. He has HAIR ALL OVER his body...it's really funny. He is in perfect health, not a thing wrong. We are finally home and adjusting to eachother. I don't have that many pics yet because they are on my father in law's camera and he hasn't given them to us yet...but here are a few.

My neice came out with a full head of hair and hair everywhere else. My sis had no heartburn either.
I dont know LIZA...my heartburn is HORRIBLE...still having it.
So guess we are having some bald babies.
