Oh sweetie....
This brings back so many emotions for me. My sister lost her DH almost 7 years ago...
She used to say how hard it was trying to fill each and every day with memories..never knowing what the future would hold for her and the kids.
I dont have much advice but I do know what my sister would tell you to do about the calendar. She would tell you to include DH in every pic...b/c at some point your tears will be replaced with smiles. Remebering the happy times is what keeps you going.

I wish I knew the right words to make you feel better.
The only thing I can think of reminds me of a story that really doesn't even compare but I think the message is the same.
It was a long distance relationship and every time one took the long trip to see the other, they never REALLY enjoyed their time together because all they could think about was having to leave each other to go back home. And what helped this couple to get through the hard times and really learn to enjoy their time together was the thought:
Don't get on the plane until it's time to leave. Not just physically, but mentally too.
Don't think about next years' later months. Think about today. Enjoy those pictures now. I know this is probably much easier said than done, but if you can catch yourself in a moment of sadness and say to yourself.....don't go there, until it's time to go there; it may help just a teensy bit
I wish I had more. But I do have an ear anytime you want to vent

Second, I think you should include Scott in all the pictures. The reality is, you don't know if he will be her next year, but you and Logan and your parents will be looking at the calendar and remembering what a difficult time it was...but you were together, and you will smile remembering the things you did. And by some miracle that Scott is here next year...he will smile at those pictures too.
