I'm home with My Little Girl! (with pics)
I just got home yesterday with my little girl. I will post my birth story when I have a little more time, but here is the short story.
I went in for my induction on Sunday night at 8pm. I was 50% effaced and 1cm dilated. I got the cervadil around 10pm and 5 hours later I was 90% effaced and 4cm dilated. My contractions were getting pretty painful and I wanted to sleep so I got the epidural about an hour or so later. Let me just say that I love the epidural!!!
Then, they started me on pitocin. I dilated to 10 cm by 10:30am and started pushing at 11am. I pushed for a little over an hour and she was born at 12:16pm on Monday, September 29th. She was 8 pounds and 19.5 inches. DH and I are completely in love.
