I'm in a lot of pain.
I think my hips are spreading again and I am just in so much pain today. My hips hurt, my groin is burning and pulling and my sides are stretching. Not a single position is helping me feel more comfortable. I have a heating pad on my hips right now and it's not helping. Ice didn't help either. Ugg I just needed to vent.

I had incredible hip pain throughout my pregnancy. I was seeing a physical therapist who Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. Gave me instant relief and techniques to manage. I made some detailed posts on it, do a search.
hope you find some relief.
