But I think I had a Chemical Pregnancy last month, I'm not positive as the test(s) we took were so faint we were never sure if they were bfp's or evaps.

Whether it was or wasnt a chemical, you are welcome to join us here. We all know what it feels like to get your hopes up and then find out otherwise.

I can see what you mean with the OPK being stressful. Unfortunately, I have had 2 miscarriages but both months when i did get a Positive HPT -was when I stopped using the OPK and was not stressed or thinking about it all the time. So it def can be helpful to try to stay more relaxed and not stress over all the tests.
