I'm only 10 weeks, but how do you know...
when you are feeling Baby A vs Baby B? It's still too early for me to feel anything but I'm wondering about this...thanks!

at almost 32 weeks i still cant tell sometimes. you wont be able to tell many times, it depends on their placement.

It depends on so many things- how many amniotic sacs? Placentas? Placement of placentas (anterior/posterior), and general placement of the babies. Baby A for me is wayyy down low, anterior placenta, and head down. I only feel her kickimg my bladder and rectum, and never see her surface. Baby B is way up top! Posterior placenta and. Can actuAlly see her head, spine, rump, and feet, right through my Skin!
You'll know once you go for many ultrasounds. Good lucK!

I was able to tell from 22 weeks on. Mine stayed in the same positions and I was also having sonos all the time. That was helpful!

Re: I'm only 10 weeks, but how do you know...
It's easier to tell when you know where they are per sonos. But even then you can't always tell depending on position. My A was head down on my left with her feet in my upper abs. And B was transverse with her feet in the same place. I never knew who was kicking me. But if there was movement on my upper right I knew it was B.

As others have said, you will sometimes see a pattern in sonos to help you decipher. For me, if its a low bladder kick, I assume it A. If its a rib kick its B
