I'm proud to say....
that I am almost exclusively BF as of right now. We have days where she does not get a bottle at all (and if I had a pump, she would get BM).
She's got an incredibly strong s^ck and one side is in ALOT of pain when she latches, I seriously could cry out in pain

First of all congrats!!! Secondly, I feel your pain as if it were yesterday. All I can tell you is that it will get better just give it time and don't give up. Warm tea bags on the nipple help. Also breast milk rubbed on the nipples helps. It just takes time but it will stop hurting.

WOW... how do you do it with 2 other little ones? I always wonder how i will bf when there are other kids to tend to... is it a lot harder than with 1st??
