No, I don't think so at all....you should be fine. Whatever your body doesn't need, you will excrete through your urine. I just wouldn't do it regularly.

Maybe skip it tomorrow.
And drink a lot of water so it doesn't make you pukey

Thank you so much ladies. All I kept thinking was, "OMG- I have POISONED my baby....."
I also just drank a big glass of milk (luckily I love mik) to help keep the iron from absorbing.
