I'm sorry, but I have not been an emotional mess at all this pregnancy...
so I really resent it when my husband conveniently says I must be hormonal, but really I'm mad because he's being an a-hole. A couple of weekends ago, he went to a baseball game in Boston with his buddies. I said great, go, have fun, I love you, you deserve to have some fun before the baby comes, etc. And I meant every last word of it. I was thrilled for him that he had a good time, etc. I was a little miffed that he came home later than he had planned, but whatever, I got over it and didn't bother to even say anything. But tonight, my husband says to me, "I took May 7 off because I have to work that weekend. Mother's Day wasn't available to take off, though." So I was thinking, how sweet, he took a day off over Mother's Day weekend to do something with me. No, then he hits me with, "I'm going to buy tickets to a Mets game, I'm excited." Um, back up a second. A Mets game? As in, "I'm taking my 9 month pregnant wife to a Mets game when she likes the Yankees" kind of thing? No. He wanted to go by himself since he didn't think I would want to go. A) Effing yeah I don't want to go and B) How dare you be so selfish that you took a day off on MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND and planned something FOR YOURSELF?! That is NOT me being hormonal, that is me calling you out on being a self-centered little a-hole Argh. i'm so mad right now and he has the audacity to act like I'm being unreasonable.

I would be pi$$ed. What kind of crap is that? So on father's day you should take the day and go to a spa because you know he wouldn't want to do that???? Sometimes they just don't think!!!

Sorry what an A hole!!!!! He would be staring at the ugly side of a hormonal punch in the face if he was married to me. As well as "good luck" finding your effing ticket. LOL

Men can be so clueless! P.S- u don't by any chance think he was just telling u that and had something else planned, do you? I know it's a long shot, b/c my DH wouldn't be that smart, but I had to ask.

Thank you for making me feel better, girls No, he definitely has nothing else planned, he honestly thought there was nothing wrong with his plan He brought it up again and tried to explain to me that Friday the 7th, he would go to the game with Ava (our DD), and then that would leave all Saturday for me before he goes to work at 7pm Interesting how it took him 20 minutes to think of that excuse. Jack azz. He's definitely not smart enough to plan something and try to throw me off. he's just a jerk. But I guess I can't hold it against him for too long because he's not usually a jerk.

They all have their moments don't they???? LOL I have a great hubby, I mean ALL my friends are pea gree with envy, of my DH and I can tell you that for 8 years that we have been together he still doesn't get to call when he is going to be late in opposition to just walking in three hours late with that "DUH" look on their face. Hey atleast you can get a little you time while he and Ava are at the game right????
