Immune Testing
DH and I haven't decided on our next course of action after IVF #2 failed. He's not keen on adopting.
I think I need to get immune testing done and see where to go from there. I've started reading Dr. Beer's latest book and website. I'm pretty overwhelmed.
For those who've had immune testing done, can you recommend anyone?
Also, can some one tell me how much it'll cost? The book describes so many tests and I have a bill from Quest for $400 for just one test from my last IVF. Since my insurance doesn't cover infertility, I'm very conscious of the cost.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Immune Testing
check out www.millenova.com
At SIRM institute, they do their testing through Millenova. The website should give you the price list.
ETA: $400 does sound about right. It is expensive. I had several tests and it was over $400.

Thank you for the link.
I saw the price list. Pricey. Just like everything else... I guess the doctor identifies the tests I need and SIRM draws the blood. Definitely, Implantation Failure Panel. It would be nice to get answers, though.

Re: Immune Testing
I am a patient at SIRM LI Dr. Braverman. 227-0543 700 Stewart Ave Garden City
He's been my ob for years, but only recently opened this SIRM infertility clinic. I don't know how he is at IVF, my problem so far is recurrent pregnancy loss. The SIRM has locations in Manhattan and Westchester. I recently had immune testing completed. The cost will depend on test you have done and your ins. I paid $500 for NKa, Dq alpha, & ANA profile at Repremedix Lab (sent thru Braverman, SIRM.) They took blood in office and it took approx. 2 wks for results.
The manhattan SIRM uses MIllenova Lab.
Good Luck!
