Implantation Spotting
Those of you ladies who have experienced it, would you mind describing the spotting you had? Color, how much, for how long?
I am on cd25 now and still haven't had confirmed ovulation. I was pretty sure that I had AF last month, but now I am wondering...not sure if I had implantation spotting or if the meds I was on a few weeks ago really screwed up my cycle!

Implantation Spotting
Implantation spotting is rare. Only about 15% if people actually have it.
It's light. It's spotting. If you had bleeding 25 days ago and you think that was implantation spotting you would have a positive test by now.

Thank you. I haven't tested yet. I was just looking for possibilities why I haven't ovulated yet, thought maybe there was a slim chance...I'm 8 days past when I normally would, so frustrating...

Re: Implantation Spotting
I didn't have it with my 1st pregnancy but when I got pregnant last summer (was a chemical) I had it on 10 DPO I got an intense stabbing pain in my lower abdomen and an hour later when I went to the bathroom there was very very light pink spots on my panty liner and when I wiped it was light pink discharge with a spot of red after that episode never saw any spotting/discharge. I then started getting pregnancy symptoms that I never had before like very sensitive nipples, major fatigue and 2 days later BFP.

Re: Implantation Spotting
I've gotten pregnant 8 times (had 6 losses) and had implantation spotting twice. So 25% of my pregnancies. Both times, it was about 11-12 days after ovulation (which clued me in to the losses, tbh: implantations after day 10 have a smaller chance of surviving) and just a little bit of reddish brown, just once or twice when I wiped after I peed.
Good luck!

Re: Implantation Spotting
I had implantation spotting for both of my pregnancies. First time it was red and was just once. Got a BFP that night. The second time it was brown and lasted a day or two. Had a lot of cramps, too, so I thought AF was starting. Got a BFP the next day.
So my implantation spotting was not exactly at implantation, but a few days later as the embie was getting comfy and my uterus was starting to expand.

My youngest and this current pregnancy ( both IVF) I didn't experience implantation spotting but I had spotting after pregnancy was confirmed. With my natural pregnancies I had implantation spotting and it was like what most women experience right before AF is about to start. Dark brown blood but never became a flow.

Thank you all. I was holding onto the slimmest of hope that I didn't o this month because maybe I was prego, but I guess the z-pack and asmanex just really screwed up my cycle. Hopefully it rights itself soon.

Had it with my losses, not with my DS. Also, what are you using to test for ovulation? Also, if you were pregnant, most ovulation tests would have come up as positive, not negative. Test anyway. And if you've been on antibiotics and have had an infection that DEFINITELY would have messed around with your cycle.

I use the CBE opk's and I chart my temp using Fertility Friend. Tested with the opk's for nearly 2 weeks with nothing. My temps did a gradual rise instead of my regular spike.
I have been having bad asthma issues since having a bad cold over the winter, so they put me on the meds to try and clear my lungs out since I can't use a regular long term preventative inhaler while TTC. AF showed this morning, a few days earlier than normal. Hopefully April will be back to normal for me.
