In Desperate Need of Hair Stylist (suffolk)
of a new hair salon.
PLEASE recommend your salons if you are in Suffolk County.
Im in Brookhaven Township but willing to travel
ETA: If you can please tell me how long you have been going to your salons?
I just want to find a place, that I will LOVE, that I can go to for years to come.

Yes I am a regular and have been for years. But I only use one stylist...I love her and although its a hike for me, she's totally worth the drive. FM me if you want more info.

Celestial Hair in Smithtwon. If Jack is still there, he is amazing! I had been going to him since I was 18(I'm 37 now!) and stopped shortly after I got married 2 1/2 years ago (I live in NJ and it got too hard to get there every 6 weeks). Also If Vinny is still there, he is awesome with color!

I go to Tapestry salon in Centereach. I've only been going there for about 8-9 months but I love it there. DH loves it too.

I posted on another chat board and got a recommendation to Symmetry as well.
I called over their and the woman who answered was soooo nice and helpful. Prices sound great. I hope they do a good job and that this might be my new place.. Lets hope

they did my hair for my rehersal dinner- I liked it better then my wedding hair!

My sister goes to Hollywood in Miller Place as well as myself, my mom, and our younger sister. She's turned a lot of other friends onto them too, and we all see Jess.

I know one stylist there personally.. ( SHe did my hair for my wedding and cuts and colors it for me when she's here... The only thing is she's only here ( she moved to Florida ) every three months.. But that's when she does all of her clients... She stays here for about 1 and 1/2 to work.. She great ... FM me if you'd like more info..
Other than her I go to T Carlton Melissa does great color and connie cuts my hair.. A little expensive but definitly worth it =) 've been using them on and off since I was in high school ! (10+ years!!!!)
