In honor of Bob Barker's last week on the Price is Right
Each day this week, I'll be posting links to highlights of his 35 year run on the Price is Right. Of course, I can't capture everything, but we'll get some good stuff in there.
Here we go
Bob's very first episode - September 4, 1972 - check out the haristyles and how calm the audience is
Check out who "Came on Down" in 1980 - sorry for the poor quality
The most talked about incident in the history of the show - from 1977

i'm going to say this as nice as I can
first of all, your comment makes no sense because he's never done that. His wife died in 1981, and yes, there were some instances, where he had relationships with some of the models. Anything that happened was consentual, as stated by him, and by the parties he was involved with at the time.
But, you know what? We could back and forth all day. I've seen some of your other offerings, and you're just a generally negative person. That's your right. Why you'd pick a game show tribute thread to vent negativity is beyond me and quite sad really.
The fact of the matter is - some of you my find my interest of the price is right and bob barker and game shows in general silly and hokey. That's fine and they probably are. But, if you don't have something to contribute, then don't - it's simple
I find this obsession with paris hilton and Anna Nicole Smith and the 25 sporano threads we have today, to be a bit ridiculous, but i won't begrudge people their right to post about what they enjoy.
