I guess small is pretty relative. But I'd be looking to redo a kitchen in a condo, not a house. That's kind of what I meant...

Mine was small. We took down a wall....added an island with cabinets underneath to make it somewhat larger.
Cost was about $15k with my DH doing most of the work...except cabinets and appliances.

I think my kitchen is small. Sorry I don't have before pics! Putting the sink in the corner gave me more counter space.
