They will take back used product with the receipt and box if you do not like it or it doesn't work with your skin. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this. I just tried a bunch of new products with a gift card I got for Christmas

This is why I love sephora. I returned an open cologne that I got for DH for xmas and a moisturizer I bought back in October. They refunded me my money, no questions asked.

So does Ulta! I've returned a bunch of things because I have sensitive skin (but I do spend a lot there, since I'd feel guilty just buying and returning!).

That is why I always buy my beauty products at sephora. I broke on of my T3 flat irons and instead of having to go through the whole process of sending the iron back to t3, I just exchanged it at sephora, a YEAR AND A HALF later!!
