Indoor pools
Besides eisenhower parks pool does anyone know of a pool that I can go to? I want to start training again and I need a place to do laps. I am willing to pay a fee to join. Any ideas?? I am in Farmingdale.
ETA: Even if its a gym I would be willing to join!!

LA Fitness has an indoor pool and they are located in Farmingdale.
Im not sure about the Synergy's or Golds gyms that are located in that area?? Oh, Ballys in Copiague has an indoor pool too.
As far as parks.... other than Eisenhower, I have no clue who has one other than a gym.

I was going to suggest LA Fitness as well. DH is training for a triatholon and swims there. It is IMO

Ballys in Copaigue has a pool.
FHS used to have free swim for like $5 where you could go in the evenings - Im not sure if they have it anymore (this was about 10 years ago the last time I went)

Try any ymca's. In mastic they have an indoor Olympic size pool
