Infant Allergies?
Is there such a thing? DS has a runny nose that will not go away. It seems to come and go throughout the day. I thought it was a cold because DD is in preschool and always has a runny nose but now I'm wondering if it's something environmental. He's on Neocate so I've kind of ruled out the dairy allergy now that he doesn't get any.

Yes, my son had them. Unfortunately the doctor would not give him meds. until he was nearly 2 years old.

Re: Infant Allergies?
Yes- i work in the medical field and sell allergy testing.. My DD has them it appears, lol...what is new! Milk allergy, baby food allergies and i take her outside and she has runny nose, red eyes, etc... There are tests you can have done but until DC is closer to a year, alot of them are not that great because you need to have DC exposed to more things before an accurate test will come back...in other words, they havent been exposed to a ton when the are a baby so it was recommended to me to wait until closer to a year...there is a 9 month period where anything they are exposed to will react positive in a blood test.
