Re: Injectables

I was on gonal-f and repronex. I mixed the HCG myself (instead of ovidrell).

Re: Injectables

I did menopur one cycle and repronex the other cycles.
I tried a few different HCG's in the months that we tried.
I liked the ovidrel the best though.

yes, you will be fine. If you need help, FM me and I will go over how to help you.
I was the same way, I was scared. DH did them for awhile, then I finally got the nerve to do it.
I suggest doing it in your tummy, much easier and not as painful...you can do itChat Icon
Like Lisa said, once you do a few, you become a pro.....I was mixing and peeing at the same timeChat Icon

Re: Injectables

Donna- Like Lisa and Diane said, it does get easier.
If you remember my post from the first time I was doing them it took me nearly an hour to actually give myself the shot. I had myself soo worked about it and once I got it it done I was like "That's it???!!"

Same here. I think it took my like 30 minutes to mix the inectectables because I kept going back to the directions and trying to remember everything the nurse told me. I was so scared I was doing it wrong. After the first one...it becomes much easier. Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
