Injured Seagull in front of my house...who to call?

There is an injured bird in front of my house. I'm pretty sure it's a seagull based on what we have around here usually but it's coloring is very dark and it's large so it could be a falcon. I can't see it's beak very well. I don't want to get to close and scare it unnecessarily Is there anyone I can call to come get it?
