Inner balance yoga in farmingdale...
does anyone take the prenatal yoga here??
I called and they offer classes twice a week. I just wanted to see if anyone else goes or has heard anything about it.

No experience with them but I would be interested as well. I did yoga for years and hear prenatal yoga is great for you.

they have a class tuesday nights and then saturdays at 11am. If you search in google they have a website. I called up to get more info. I might try the saturday class but i was hoping to hear of someone else's experience there. I'm dying to start yoga and stretch this achy body out

I tried prenatal yoga and it was okay, but I had been taking yoga for a little over a year, so I went back to regular yoga.
I just avoid certain moves. Personally, I like the regular yoga more than the prenatal yoga.

I took hypnobirthing classes there during my first pregnancy, and plan to go back again in a few months for a refresher.

haven't been there yet, but I keep meaning to go! Maybe this Tuesday I'll make it there :) These next two weekends I have class Saturday so I can't go to that one, but I'd love to go twice a week if I end up liking it!
