Insanity DVDs...
So I borrowed the DVDs from my sister. I AM HOOKED! They are absolutely fantastic. I consider myself to be in good shape and I have to say this was the best workout I have gotten in a LOOOONG time! It was non stop, intense cardio and I felt fabulous afterwards! I am definitely purchasng these soon! I highly recommend them if you are looking for something to up the ante in your workout routine!

I don't know about hooked---because they are so farkin hard---but definitely a kick butt workout! This is the workout that I LOVE to HATE! I sweat like no other workout and the intensity is incredible. So far I have only done 2 of them.

How were you able to do it? Did you do it on a computer burner? It wouldn't work on mine

I actually had the burnt copy sent by a friend so I didn't burn them myself.
