Inspection went GREAT!!!
There were really no problems to speak of!
We signed our binder and are awaiting the contract from the seller's attorney. Looks like we'll be closing around July 15th!!!
I'm soooooooooooooo excited!!!
I hope everything goes smoothly from here on out!
