INSTRUCTIONAL ORIENTATION
I still don't know if this is mandatory... does anyone have any input and is anyone going??? FYI.. This is not the welcome.

I don't think its necessary. My principal handed me the info and said I don't know your plans but this is something you might want to go to. I met with her today and was just hired last week. She just kinda mentioned it and did not make a big deal so I probably won't go.
