How much do you pay for your dog per month and what do you get for coverage?

I had it years ago, I started out very low (would have to look up price) but each yr it increased and in NY by age 9 it goes up.

When I had the coverage, it will not cover anything pre exsiting for the first I think 90 days. Many times you pay the Vet in full and submit the bills to the insurance company, then they pay you about 80% of usual and customary fee. So, if your vet charges $100 and they think it should be $80, they pay a % of that price.

usually there is a deductible that must be met first
