Insurance Companies acting as Doctors?
This is kind of a PSA combined with a rant. For anyone that says-there is a "formula" to follow...that may be true in some cases. But it kind of pizzes me off when people say you should do this before you do that or wait this long if you're this age.
I think we all need to think for ourselves and be participants in our own fertility journey rather than sitting back and listening to timelines or statistics. Are you a statistic? No! Everyone is different and only you know when you should move on, stop trying, etc. most of these standards were marketed to Dr's by insurance companies to keep their costs down rather than be medical advice. Trust me there are Dr's getting kickbacks every day including trips, dinners, maybe even money.be your own advocate and
