Insurance Question
Ok - this may be one of the silliest questions that I have asked on here - but here it goes.
How do you find out what your medical insurance covers and doesn't?

Call up and ask. Some companies have different protocol for this type of things so you may need get referrals when you normally don't need to. Sometimes there is a different copay...

Just call - I'm pretty sure the rule in NYS is that they have to cover everything leading up to a diagnosis of IF. That's how mine works so all my testing is covered but once we move on to IVF I'm not 
Also usually the RE's office will call to double check your coverage, I've had to sign a "waiver" to confirm that I know what insurance pays and what I have to pay for.

they usually have an insurance manual explainging everything along with a list of doctors under your plan...
