You bid on things, once they get down on time, like 20 seconds or less and someone else bids it jumps the time back up again. The only way you win is if you are the winning bid and no one else bids after you and time runs out. Its kind of an annoying process but I dont think its a scam. Ive purchased things from their other site, No More Rack and have got some really great deals- colin stuart leather knee high boots for $19, Buffalo jeans for $29. Cant beat it!
