interview ???
I have an interview tomorrow and I am in panic mode!
What is the best way to answer the question about dealing with parents? What do the interviewers want to hear? What will make me stand out..
If anyone has any other tips or things I should throw into my interview I would love it!!!! I NEED this!

You always maintain parental contact
work together with the parents
Its a join effort with them
paresnt folders/nd etc...
what else???
suggesting parental imput at times(depends)

being proactive rather than reactive with that particular parent, extra effort to communicate and reach out. utilize principal and other appropriate administrators if needed, etc.
