Interview Questions...
Since I just got laid off, and have a few interviews lined up...I always get stuck at the questions they ask....like...
where do u see urself in 5 years?
wahts ur strongest/weakest ?
i always get stuck on these...can anyone help?? TIA!!

where do you see your self in 5 years... You can maybe name the position that would be your next step if you were promoted.
strengths...dependable, adaptable, quick thinker, team player
weakness...(lists negatives that are really positives)

See, I think most employers know this trick and are unimpressed by it.
I have a job offer pending now. I am just waiting to hear the salary. Its a managerial attorney position.
When I was asked that question, I spoke about how naturally, I am not the most organized person. Because its a trait about myself that I don't like, I overcompensate and am extremely organized. I went into the "tricks" I use to stay organized. It worked. I got an offer.
