Interview tips?
Sorry - I wrote this from my phone and didn't realize it went blank!
I seem to not be very good at interviews so any tips you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!!

Thinking about how my employer operates,
I think it's good to discuss ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as give examples of some big issues you were able to problem solve on your own without having to go your boss or a colleague for help.
Having been in a supervisory capacity, it's amazing how many things people can just google but do not, and think nothing of calling the boss on.
I also still do think it's important to mention team work too because many places operate as a team and know that one person cannot do it all.........they want to see that you are aware of who the appropriate person is to go to.
I also try to interview the employer as well. You can learn a lot about the company by doing this, and it also takes the focus off of me and shows my interest in them as a company.
