Ion Hair dryers- do they actually do anything or just all hype?
I'm not sure if I believe that they actually throw out negative ions that supposedly make your hair smoother, healthier, etc.
Anyone have one and see a difference??

I agree. My hair is naturally very curly, very thick, and very long. It used to take (seriously) well over an hour for me to dry and style/straighten it. With my T3 Tourmaline, it's down to 1/2 hour from start to finish.
