Iron deficiency?
So my doctor called to tell me that I failed my 1-hour and also have very low iron levels.... Did anyone have this happen to them and what does it mean? They want me to add an additional iron supplement everyday!.... Is this harmful? Thanks!

It is pretty normal. Ask for stool softners though, iron can bind you.

I am taking iron supplements as well. I heard it constipates you, but that hasn't happened to me as of yet.

Its a normal. I took SlowFe, but I'm switching to liquid iron because it absorbs better.
When you take your pill take it with something rich in VitC (I would drink OJ with it). Aklso avoid eating or drinking anything rich in calcium before you take your pill, it keeps it from absorbing well.
