Is 1 hour enough time for ...
Children's entertainment for a 1st birthday party. I am expecting 15 kids and I called a place that was recommended to me called Little people entertainment and they told me that 1 hour is enough to do a costumed character and a clown. But I wonder if an hour really is enough time to do face painting, balloon shapes and a puppet show, and have the character out.

Re: Is 1 hour enough time for ...
My SIL hired a magician and face painter for my neice's 1st b-day. They were there for an hour and it didn't feel rushed.

Yes, 1 hour is more then enough time for all of that. My sister had them at my nieces b-day and they did everything in a hour.

Is it enough time for 16 kids???
Doesn't face painting take time? or maybe instead of face painting I can ask them to do tatoos?

They bring a couple of people with them, its not one girl for 16 kids......
ETA: I would call them if you have questions, I'm sure they know what they are going though.

I did call them and they told me that one hour is enough. I was just questioning it because other places I have called have said an hour and a half.

Yes, more than enough IMO. Children can't focus on one thing for that long. We had Music Together for 45 minutes (which ended up an hour) and that was perfect.

Yeah that makes sense. Besides 2 out of that 16 are under 1 years old so their attention span will be limited.
