Is a piece of Corned Beef that is just under 3 lbs...
Enough for 4 people??? I know that is shrinks (I remember when I lived at home) I have never made this and tommorow is that day

ILs are here this weekend and i'm making this for them tomorrow for lunch... i bought one that was like 3 1/2 pounds for 4 of us. i'm also gonna make oven potatoes and we have cabbage with it.. so i figure with all that other stuff, it should be enough...
