Is acidophilus (sp?) ok when BF?
I've been taking it b/c I am on antibiotics. Is it ok to BF while taking? TIA!

Yes its given to babies for yeast infections. But I would run it past the Ped, because I recently heard of one ped on here who told a mom not to give to her son.

it always made me nervous. On one of the bottles that I was going to buy, it said "not tested on lactating women"
I am a huge fan of acidophilus...I asked dr about it and he said he was unaware of it...so I skipped it.

It's recommended during pregnancy so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be okay while BF, but I would ask the ped.
