I like it. my first few boxes were kind of eh but they have gotten better. The sizes can be very generous and it's fun to try new things. From what I saw on FB, they are very serious about listening to customers and service. My recent ones were much better than the first few. Plus you can cancel anytime.

This months was better than last I thought but I'm just 2 months in. I love getting the nail polish & the perfume was nice as well.
The wait list didn't take that long - It's a fun thing to do for yourself esp. if you like products.

I was but I canceled. It was nice to get a surprise ecru month but after 6 months, I realized I had spent sixty bucks on not a lot of stuff.

I just cancelled my subscription. I had it for 3 months and to me it was not worth it. The last month was great but the other two were not so great. Yes there is a waiting list but it wasnt a long wait.

I am and I like it. I love getting surprises every month. I have been trying to find new products for my sensitive skin and I don't have time to try, buy and return at Sephora so this is a fun alternative. I've thrown away too many hardly used full size bottles and the $$ spent on them.
A couple boxes have been meh, but a couple have been awesome. I got a half size sample of eye cream in December - about $44 worth. I'm still using it daily and it's the first I've tried that didn't burn or dry out my skin. I also got a special shipment in addition to my regular box one month. It was full of generous bottles and pots of Vichy products.
I'm over the perfume samples though. I'm glad that I got a few to try but I've been getting one every month. Quite enough for a non perfume wearer.
