Is anyone else's DC STILL waking up too early due to the time change?

Is anyone else's DC STILL waking up too early due to the time change?
DS is 14 mos and is still waking up between 5-6 when he used to sleep until 6-7. I tried putting him to bed earlier and putting him to bed later, nothing works. Am I doomed to wake up at 5 am until Spring??

Yes my DD was sleeping until 7 - 7:30 and is now up between 6 - 6:30. I'm pretty sure it's only because its light out that early now.

Yes Eva used to wake up at 8 and now she wakes up at 7

YES! DS goes to bed at 7:30 and use to wake up at 7, now he wakes up at like 4-5.... but thankfully he goes back down after a feeding then wakes again at 8:30.

Yes, Andy wakes up at 6am, no matter how early or late he goes to bed.
