Is anyone familiar with the law guardian program...
Through the courts .. I was just wondering how everything works and such ....
Any help and info would be greatly appreciated !!!

It's been awhile but I believe a law guardian is assigned to any child going through some process at family court, ie support, visitation, foster care. They are assigned to be an advocate for the child outside of the parents' interests

It's been awhile but I believe a law guardian is assigned to any child going through some process at family court, ie support, visitation, foster care. They are assigned to be an advocate for the child outside of the parents' interests[/QUThank you . I kind of knew that , the reason I ask is only because my STBX is very manipulitive and I believe that he has been calling their office trying t o make me look bad saying different things... And I just wanted to really make sure that they knew what type of person he is ... And I wasn't sure how to go about explaining anything to them ...

I know a bit since I was with CPS and worked closely w/ some law guardians when filling my cases. If you need some questions answered FM me. If I can't answer them on my own I can still call some of my old colleagues to get definitive answers.
So sorry you are dealing with all this. I understand how difficult it can be to navigate family court.
